Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase of licenses if they are not satisfied with the product. To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used beyond a reasonable trial period.
- The request must be submitted via email to dmitri@etlgroupllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the order number.
- Requests received after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
Our SaaS products are delivered digitally. After purchase, customers will receive their login information and instructions for accessing the product. There are no shipping fees or physical delivery methods involved.
- Access Time: Customers typically gain access to the product in 2 to 5 days after purchase.
- Eligible Destinations: Our service is available globally, with no geographical restrictions on use.
Return Policy and Process

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

- Notify about cancelling your subscription with an email.
- Cancellation Notice: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the product until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred.
- Refunds for unused portions of the subscription will not be provided.
